Returns/Exchange Policy:
- We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- We provide reverse pick-up services, with a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 deducted per order, regardless of the number of items.
- If pick-up fails, you may need to self-ship the product(s) back to our warehouse.
- For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or clearly worn.
- Refunds or bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments. COD orders will receive store credit.
- Reward points or store credits are not refundable and can only be redeemed on our store.
